I Mercenari salvano un ricco cinese
prigioniero in Birmania, liberando anche Trench Mauser, che era arrivato per primo ma si ? fatto catturare; fuggiti dopo
una rocambolesca fuga (da cui si salvano grazie a Billy Timmons, un giovane ex cecchino dell'esercito, detto Billy the
Kid per la giovane et? rispetto agli altri), si vedono negare il permesso di atterrare in Cina, quindi Yin Yang si
paracaduta con l'ostaggio dicendo che probabilmente inizier? una nuova vita.

Tornati a casa, il gruppo
festeggia, poi Barney si allontana e va al suo aereo; qui trova Church, furioso per esser stato preso in giro all'epoca
della faccenda di Vilena; l'unico motivo per cui non li ha spediti a Guantanamo ? aspettare un'occasione per servirsi di
loro senza che potessero rifiutare, e quel giorno ? arrivato; Church incarica Barney di recuperare il contenuto di una
cassaforte da un aereo precipitato, con l'aiuto di una esperta, Maggie Chan, per aprire il
nascondiglio.................

Storyline:

Barney Ross is approached by CIA man Church, who wants
him and his guns for hire to go to the former Soviet Union to retrieve something that was on a plane that crashed.
Church doesn't tell him what he is getting. And Church sends a woman, Maggie with him to make sure he gets it. They find
the plane and get the thing but some men take one of Barney's people hostage and the leader tells him to give him what
they got or he'll kill his hostage. The give it to him but he kills his hostage anyway.
